When distributing SoftekBarcodeLib2.dll you may find that you get a “side by side” error message\u00a0which references the component.<\/p>\n

For Version 7.4.1 and later…<\/strong><\/p>\n

For x86 based systems, the solution is to install the\u00a0Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)<\/strong>\u00a0from the following link:<\/p>\n

You can also download and install one of the following ready made install sets, created from the Visual Studio publish wizard. This installs a simple demo application that uses the trial version of the SoftekBarcodeLib2.dll file.<\/p>\n
