PDF Extension
The PDF Extension is an add-on to the Barcode Reader Toolkit for Windows, and enables an application to read barcodes from PDF documents.
Once the add-on has been installed, the standard version automatically starts to handle PDF documents. No programming work is necessary.
The standard version of the toolkit reads barcodes from common image formats such as jpg and tif, but you can also read from pdf files by installing the PDF Extension. Once installed, the ScanBarCode method in the toolkit will automatically handle pdf files - no configuration necessary!
Now works on both x86 and x64 systems!
Supported interfaces in the standard version:
- Standard DLL (SoftekBarcode.dll)
- COM Object (SoftekATL.dll)
- ActiveX/OCX (SoftekBarcode.ocx)
- .Net 2.0 Class Library(SoftekBarcobdeLib2.dll)
Not available for use with the .net 1.0 class library.
